* Service calls are normally dealt with within 24 hours, subject to terms and conditions and customer availability. However where an engineer is unavailable, or the area is out of normal service reach, a turn-around of 7 days is quoted. This also applies to out-of-stock parts.

** Seven Year Parts and Labour Warranty - Your product must be registered with Luxair within 21 days of installation either by clicking here to complete our online warranty registration form, or by mail. A 12 month parts and labour warranty is standard without product registration but proof of purchase may be required.
