For many years our customers have described our range of kitchen extractors as, Posh and the Best cooker hoods, however they also describe our cooker hoods as the best in design and functionality. We only produce kitchen ventilation hoods for the domestic cooker hood market, and we do not brand or supply other appliance electrical manufacturers under any other name, so be assured if you order a cooker hood from any of our appliance electrical retailers or distributors, it will be a genuine Luxair product.
Production
All our cooker hood vents are produced in our factory in Italy; we only use genuine Italian manufactured parts on all our extractor hoods.
Parts
We stock all the cooker hood spare parts in our large distribution warehouse based in Ripon North Yorkshire, we carry very large stocks on all filters and ducting kits along with component spare parts.
Practicality
With Luxair extractors, you have the option to vent the hoods either to an outside wall, or re-circulate back into the kitchen using charcoal filters. For more information on ducting kits or charcoal filters please refer to our questions and answer section.
Luxair Cooker hoods are both practical and attractive, described as very posh by our customers be assured that all our extractor hoods carry a full seven year parts and labour warranty, this has yet to be challenged and you have to ask the question why? 
Purchase
Before you move on to purchase a cooker hood, here are a few pointers that may help you in your decision.
1.    Is the cooker hood made in Italy or China, quite a number of imports are now arriving from China and none EU countries, whilst these extractors offer basic design and size options, do they offer the service back up should your extractor fan fail?  At Luxair we offer a full UK service back up service along with a seven year free warranty yet to be challenged.
2.    What are the safety features associated with other manufacturers? Luxair use top quality extractor components, the grade of Stainless Steel is of the highest quality 18/10 grade, all the glass we use on our cooker hoods is 8mm tempered safety glass, the new motor housing units and motors are all fire retardant and now incorporate the new brushless system.
3.    If your kitchen extractor fails who will fix it? Luxair have a full back up of all cooker hood spares and all calls are taken by Luxair staff and not a call handling centre.
4.     Luxair produce 90% of our products in all size options, so if you see the design you like, the chances are we do the size you require, most of our extractors are 60 to 1100cm in size options and can be vented to the outside or simply re-circulated using charcoal filters.
